Church of Waterbury. This multistory apartment building provides low-cost housing

for our maintenance foreman. The structure is a project of the U.S.

EMM and LT are unique in that they were built on air rights. We own

the land directly to the church. EMM was built in 1981 to serve the
needs of the elderly in Des Moines.'

Housing Ministry: Shalom I is a seven-story independent living senior apartment building with seventy-nine units. This is a HUD 236 project built in the early 1970's. Shalom II is a HUD 202 project built in the late 1970's. It consists of forty-eight one-bedroroom units with one third of the tenant's income paid toward the established rent. Cornerstone Assisted Living is close to downtown Mason City and has 35 one
and two bedroom units.We accept seniors who are eligible for Home and
Community Based Waiver and the rent may also be subsidized through HUD.
Kentucky Ridge Neighborhood has 40 one and two bedroom units and is located
on the southern outskirts of Mason City, IA. This facility was partially
